Complaint-intake logging for offshore legal support
Capture complaints accurately and route them quickly without defending the firm, promising an outcome, or giving advice.
Record the complainant’s account
Use the person’s own stated concern, contact preference, matter reference, and received time. Separate direct words from any internal classification.
Follow the approved route
Send the record to the designated firm owner and preserve attachments. Do not argue, admit liability, promise a response time, or decide whether the complaint is valid.
Track the response state
Mark acknowledged, assigned, awaiting information, and closed only from an authorized instruction. Keep the history available for the reviewer.
