Court-filing exhibit indexes prepared with offshore support
Create a traceable exhibit list and packet check while counsel owns relevance, final wording, and filing approval.
Assign stable exhibit identities
Record the exhibit label, document title, date, source path, page range, and version. Keep duplicates and superseded files visible until the responsible attorney decides their status.
Check the packet against instructions
Compare the prepared set with the firm-approved filing list, required attachments, signatures, and formatting requirements. A missing or conflicting item is an exception, not a cue to select a replacement.
Hold the final release
Counsel confirms relevance, sequence, redactions, filing choice, and deadline. The support output should show every check performed and every unresolved item awaiting a decision.
