Do not certify
A support worker should not decide whether a signer had authority, whether execution was valid, or whether a notarization satisfies a jurisdiction’s rule.
Preserve the handoff
Keep the checked copy, source packet, open questions, and reviewer together. Release occurs only after the authorized person approves the next step.
