Insurance-notice logging with offshore legal support
Keep claim notices, policy references, correspondence, and response owners organized without making coverage or timeliness conclusions.
Create a notice record
Record insured, carrier, policy reference, claim identifier, event date as stated, notice date, sender, recipient, and source. Preserve the original notice and any acknowledgment separately.
Surface missing evidence
Flag absent policy pages, unclear recipients, conflicting claim numbers, and attachments that were referenced but not supplied. Do not decide whether notice was sufficient, late, or covered.
Route the substantive review
Counsel or the designated insurance owner decides what to send, whether to reserve rights, and how the claim should be handled. The support packet should make the chronology and gaps easy to review.
